Ensure an intuitive and fluid user experience for our clients to interact with the asset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product team, QA experts and so on; to create a user-centered design and optimize the usability of the platform
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for platform improvement
• Collaborate in the creation/updating of wireframes, mockups and prototypes that align with the objectives of the platform users.
• Design a visually appealing user interface that makes it easy to navigate through the process
• Convey ideas and designs with the development of sketches and application schemes.
• You will leverage results to help make data-driven decisions
• Identify, design and implement improvements in internal processes, automation of manual processes, redesign of existing reports for greater scalability.
• Work with business owners to understand their needs and translate them into boards and posters.
• Web application design best practices, including mobile-first and responsive designs
• Document business requirements and design frameworks for business solutions
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Ultimately, you'll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help us grow our customer base.
Descripción de los requisito del perfil
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field
• Experience communicating and interacting with clients
